It was at our second 90 Day Planning session that one of my beautiful Practice Momentum clients shared that her biggest win had been been her mindset shift. Since that happened, it created space for her to see opportunities she'd previously missed. By using my Private Practice Sustainability Model, in under a month, she'd started paying herself for the first time in three and a half years and was now wanting to look at how to manage the overflow of clients wanting to see her.

This happened really quickly also. A couples counsellor, relatively new to private practice, also quickly filled her diary and increased her revenue within a month of using the Practice Sustainability Model. So much so in fact that she found herself faced with the decision about whether to open another day or not. She decided to and starts in June. What this means for her is more financial revenue, ability to help more people and a huge boost of confidence that she's on the right path. 

Unlike other private practice owners that struggle to fill roles or to even have the successful candidate turn up on their first day, this lovely Momentum client started receiving genuine, qualified inquiries from candidates within days of advertising. She's since welcomed her newest team member and the business is better for it. More clients are being seen, more lives are being changed and the business continues to make not only an impact, but a ripple effect in the local community.

As a result of implementing my Practice Sustainability Model, this lovely Momentum client has received paid speaking gigs (multiple!), opportunities to work with Universities, Supervision clients, guest speaking appearances for high-level events and has recently celebrated her biggest week ever of 1:1 client work around it all, with 20 sessions in the diary. In addition, she recently worked on her financials and shared that she's increased her annual revenue by 29% and she still had 5 weeks to go before end of financial year.

Sometimes you have the right strategies and you 'know' what to do, but for whatever reason, it just doesn't work. That's what happened for this lovely Momentum client. She had weekly and monthly income goals but couldn't make them happen. With support, she became aware of old money stories from her childhood that were now playing out in the business. After we'd cleared them, things began to change. The most significant for her being that she's scheduled her first planned leave / holiday since opening the practice decades ago. She's also implementing the Practice Sustainability Model and breathes easier knowing she has a business that now supports her as much as she had been supporting it.

Initially, this beautiful client asked me for help finding clients but it turned out that finding clients wasn't the issue. She had clients in her world but they just weren't booking. There was traffic to her website but a high bounce rate, people looking but not taking action. By shifting the messaging along with a few other simple business strategies, all that changed and by the end of her first quarter in the program, she was celebrating having doubled her business income. Imagine being able to double your income in 12 weeks....?
