Private practice often begins with a clear intention: to support people well and to build a working life that feels sustainable, ethical and financially secure. For many counsellors, psychologists and social workers, that intention slowly becomes harder to hold as income feels unpredictable, boundaries blur and the business side of practice starts to feel unfamiliar or at odds with our therapist values.

My Mission

I know what it is like to move from practitioner to business owner without a clear map, and to realise that clinical skill alone does not automatically translate into a stable, grounded practice. And I do it differently.
