If you’re a private practice owner, or looking to start your practice, it’s essential that you have advice, guidance, instruction, the how-to’s, processes and strategies to build a successful business and if you’re here on my page, preferably through a spiritual lens.
It’s normal for you to want a successful private practice, your way on your terms.
And I know that you’re struggling with marketing. Perhaps you don’t know how to market effectively, or you market from desperation and you probably tire yourself out unnecessarily from posting everywhere on social media. It’s ad-hoc, hit or miss and marketing generally isn’t prioritised because you don’t like doing (because in your experience so far, it’s a waste of time and it doesn’t work).
Let’s get started building competency and market your practice effectively in less time, with less effort and in a way that generates inquiries…
My business offers you a way to connect with new people, your existing audience, and generate inquiries all in a way that feels really easy and fun.
And that’s what’s unique about my business. I’ve been a Psychologist for over 20 years and now work as a Counsellor, so I have the hidden advantage of knowing what works and what doesn’t for both industries. Unlike other practice coaches that focus on strategy, I also incorporate mindset work because without alignment between values and strategy, you’ll never implement the process effectively and won’t get the results you’re after. People seek me out for my ability to infuse spiritual tools and processes with my teaching of marketing because it works.
What’s unique about my program is that it requires you to do the deeper work first (Imposter Syndrome anyone?), before we even look at strategy and processes, so that we can ensure the plan we create is easy for you to implement and enjoyable to do. We create plans based on alignment with the things that are important to you and feel good to use!
“I took Brooklyn’s Marketing Coaching and after the first session, I immediately knew I’d made the right decision. She has taught me what I was missing from previous marketing I’d implemented and she showed me exactly what to do to get the practice seen by my audience. It was an intensive 90 days and I learned so much and my diary is full – I never thought I’d see that happen. If you are on the fence about it like I was (I mean, 10K is a lot of money when you don’t have it), my advice is find a way to make this happen. You’ll make your money back and you’ll have the skills for life”. Sophie, Vic.
I followed in my mother’s footsteps and became a Psychologist after entering university as a mature-aged student. After working in private practice for 20 years, in September 2020 I made the decision to retire and pursue a career in Counselling. Psychology had become increasingly more medical-model based and the incongruence I felt between that and who I was with what I believed in became too much.
It was after reconnecting with spirituality that I had my ah-ha moment. I knew in that instant, that I could help clients achieve the transformations they wanted without the need for pathologising their symptoms, providing ‘treatment’, making diagnoses and so on. And, I knew I could help clients achieve their transformations in a way that honoured their journey, that gave them time to dive more deeply into things without the constraints of time and I could do it all in a way that was in complete alignment with what was true for me – and my client. In that moment, I understood what it meant to be authentic in private practice and I knew there was no turning back.
So, I trained and re-trained and acquired qualifications in coaching, energy work, spiritual coaching and more and now I get to work with women (and a few men!) who also want to create a successful private practice, their way on their terms. I’ve created my dream private practice, enjoy financial freedom, and of course, have more time with my fur baby now! I want you to experience this too. It’s easier than you might you think when you have someone to show you exactly what to do and how to do it.
